AIP is constructing a portfolio with a balanced mix of newly developed, Class A distribution and logistics facilities and multi-tenant Class A/B assets in urban infill locations. Screening acquisitions through this lens, AIP has acquired over 8 million square feet of assets since inception in infill locations within Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Inland Empire, Houston, Central Florida, Baltimore/Washington, and Orange County/San Diego with deal sizes ranging from $8M, single asset purchases to $200M portfolio acquisitions.
